2 Ingredient Bagels
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek Yoghurt High Protein
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a large baking tray
- In a large bowl, add the yoghurt and the flour – make sure to strain out any runny liquid from the yoghurt and use the thickest part
- Using a spatula, start combining the flour and yoghurt together to form a crumbly dough and then use your hands to push the dough into a ball (the dough will be sticky)
- Cover kneading surface with flour and begin to knead the dough until it is no longer sticky
- Divide the dough into 6 balls
- Roll each ball making a large hole in the centre without breaking the circle (like a donut)
- Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle seasonings over the top
- Place bagels onto baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool

Avocado Smash
- 1 Avocado Mashed
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Pizza Bagels
- 2 slices Ham
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1/3 cup Pineapple Diced
Strawberries and Cream
- 6 small Strawberries
- 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
Avocado Smash
- Mash one whole avocado with a fork and spread onto bagels
- Drizzle with tahini and sprinkle hemp seeds on top
Pizza Bagels
- Spread pizza sauce on bagels
- Add ham, pineapple and finally cheese on top of sauce
- Transfer to oven on a baking tray for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Strawberries and Cream
- Spread ricotta cheese over bagels
- Add sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with honey and chia seeds
