b.box recently launched their latest collaboration with Disney and I must say this one excited the little princess in me, I just had to make a frozen inspired lunch fit for all the princes and princesses out there. And what comes to mind but the Spirits of the Enchanted Forest! So today I will harness the magic of the elements to inspire you and your little Frozen fans with a nod to all the elements -fire, water, wind and earth! How to make an ENCHANTED LUNCH
FIRE
Fire red pizza bites – Cut English muffins in half, spread with tomato paste, then top with pepperoni (spicy optional), cherry tomatoes and grated cheese! Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
WATER
Ice cold water in the Elsa Drink Bottle to quench their thirst in this summer heat!
WIND
PFFFT PFFT. When I think wind, I think beans! How about some delicious baked beans to represent wind (but also great for gut health, and super delicious!). Serve them in the leak-proof section with a b.box mini spoon!
EARTH:
Nothing represents earth better than the veggies that come from it, simply cut up some mini qukes and carrot, and throw in some popped corn for good measure!
The fifth and arguably most important element to bring the magic to this enchanted lunch is the Elsa Mini Lunchbox! It fits a lot of delicious foods for your kids snack time and lunch. But what I love most and is a feature of all b.box lunch boxes, is the leak-proof compartment which you can fill with juicy watermelon, yoghurt or in this case tasty baked beans.
All packed into the Elsa insulated lunch bag to keep it cool until they have time to munch away at their enchanted lunch!
