Cheesy Fluffy Omelette
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Eggs whisked
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup Cheese grated
- Heat oil in a large fry pan. In a bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the eggs into the pan to cover the base of the pan.
- Cook for 1min on medium heat, to make the omelette extra fluffy light mix the egg mixture for the first 30s of cooking, it will begin to cook through in areas and then spread it out over the pan and cook for another 1min.
- Add the cheese all over the egg. Use a spatula to carefully light the egg on side and fold over to form an omelette. Cook for another minute before serving.
