Cherry Ripe Iceblocks
Ingredients
- ½ cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 ½ cups frozen cherries
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Garnish (optional)
- Coconut flakes
- 50 g Melted Chocolate
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds through the yoghurt and sit for a few minutes until they begin to soften and expand
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined (should not be any lumps)
- Pour into ice block moulds and set aside in the freezer for 4 hours
- Enjoy!
