Cinnamon Crunch Granola
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup oats
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Coconut flakes
- ¼ cup Coconut oil
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl combine the oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla. Spread the granola over the baking tray.
- Bake for 10mins, then stir, before baking for another 10mins. Allow completely on the tray before storing in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
