Creamy Avo Dip
Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- Juice of half Lime
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 3 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves
- ¼ Red onion finely chopped
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 packet Corn chips
Instructions
- Remove the seeds and peel the avocado. Put the avocado flesh, lime juice, garlic, Greek yoghurt and coriander into a food processor or blender. Blend on high for 1min until it is smooth and creamy. Pour the dip into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir through the red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve with corn chips
