Creamy Mushroom and Chicken Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 rashers bacon, finely diced
- 500mL Chicken Breast, Diced in 1inch pieces
- 100g Mushrooms, finely sliced
- 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
- 300mL water
- 1 avocado, finely diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 400g Fettucini

Cooking TIME: 15mins
Heat olive oil in a heavy based fry pan. Then saute onion, garlic and bacon for 3mins or until onion becomes opaque. Then add chicken and mushrooms. Brown for 3mins then add cream and water. bring to the boil and reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10mins.
Meanwhile, cook pasta as per packets instructions. Once cooked, add pasta into creamy sauce. Add avocado and season with salt and pepper for taste. If the sauce appears too thick, add a bit of pasta cooking water.
