Crispy Popcorn Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Small Cauliflower
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 eggs lightly whisked
Instructions
- Break the cauliflower down into a small floret. In a bowl combine the breadcrumbs, spices, parmesan cheese and salt. In another bowl whisk the eggs together.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg mix and then into the breadcrumbs to coat them.
- Air fryer: Heat the air fryer to 180C and spread the cauliflower over the basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15min until golden and crispy.
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 200C. Spread the cauliflower over a lined baking tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25min until golden and crispy.
