SMOOTHIES!! I love them. Particularly this one as it packed full of veg and seriously tasty.
I used to think green smoothies were overrated. Like I get that they are full of veggies and that is great, BUT I am not about to drink/eat something that doesn’t any good – who has time for that?
But then I took some time to play around with it, add some extra tasty fruits (aka passionfruit) and now this is my absolute favourite!!
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ Lebanese cucumber
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 passionfruit
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1-2min until smooth
