Green Hulk Falafels
Ingredients
- 400 g cans chickpeas
- 1 small brown onion chopped finely
- 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup wholemeal SR flour
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except flour and sesame seeds and sesame seeds, to a food processor then process until all combined, and smooth.
- Add in the sesame seeds and flour and blend for 30s until combined.
- Then form 1-2Tbsp Mixture into round discs. Heat a oil in a nonstick fry pan on medium heat.
- Then fry each falafel for 3mins on each side until golden!
