Hi, I’m Shelley!

A mumma to be, a lover of all things food and a dog obsessed gal (with two of my own gorgeous pups).

I’m also a Paediatric Nutritionist with over 10 years’ experience working in developing kids eating behaviour, food psychology and school nutrition programs. And I have helped hundreds of parents to take the overwhelm out of mealtimes and get their child eating and trying new foods so they can feel confident they will grow up healthy.

Mealtime Magic  is my way of bringing together what I have learnt from 1000’s of hours of university, nutrition consults and even just questions in my DM’s to help you simplify your mealtimes and set up the foundations of your child’s eating habits from the beginning.
