- Remember that these numbers are averages. Not only should you see them as developed for the ‘average’ child at a certain age but also view these numbers as what your kids need on average over a whole week or month. You do not need to stress out getting them to these levels every single day.
Skip forward to the age of your kids:
1-3yrs old: 2.07min
4-8yrs old: 13.33min
