Pina Colada Iceblocks
Ingredients
- 800 g Pineapple in Syrup 2 x tins with juice removed
- 400 ml Coconut Milk Canned
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes Shaved
Instructions
- Drain syrup from pineapple
- Add all ingredients to a blender - careful not to over blend as splitting may occur
- Pour into iceblock moulds or paper cups and freeze for 4+ hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut flakes for garnish.
- Remove from freezer, serve and enjoy on a warm summers day!
