Raspberry and Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 medium Bananas Ripe
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup White Choc Chips
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Line a bread tin with baking paper and preheat oven to 180C
- Mash one of the bananas and thinly slice the other to be used on the top of the bread
- In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and combine
- In another bowl, add all wet ingredients and stir until combined
- Add in raspberries and chocolate chips and fold through the mixture
- Pour mixture into bread tin and gently lay banan strips on top of the bread
- Cook for 45-50 minutes - eat warm or freeze for up to 3 months
