Salted Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 medjool dates deseeded
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk or any other milk
- ½ cup cottage cheese optional
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
