About your host:
Hi, I’m Shelley!
As a Paediatric Nutritionist, I work closely with parents to help them take the stress out of their mealtimes and gain confidence in feeding their little ones for years to come.
I am also a mum to a 10month old. Our journey to starting solids hasn’t been a straight forward one whilst we navigate allergies BUT it has taught me so much and I am excited to support you on your journey with solids so you can learn from my mistakes!
With a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition, a Masters in Public Health Nutrition and 10 years working in the field, I am passionate about change the way we see nutrition and the thoughts and behaviours surrounding food that impact children.
