Tahini Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Almond meal
- ½ Baking soda
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C.
- Whisk together the almond meal and baking soda in a bowl and then stir in the honey, tahini and vanilla to for a dough. Roll 1 Tbsp of mixture into a ball in the palm of your hands and then roll in the sesame seeds to coat.
- Place on a lined baking tray 3cm apart. Roll the remaining biscuits and place on a tray. Use the base of a glass to gently press down on the biscuits to flatten to 1cm thick. Bake in the oven for 10-12min.
