Teriyaki Drumsticks
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 kg Chicken drumsticks
- 450 g Rice cooked
- Veg of choice to serve I love steamed carrot and broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the drumsticks and red onion in a large roasting pan. Drizzle over the teriyaki sauce, maples syrup and then stir until the drumsticks are completely coated. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 40mins.
- Meanwhile prepare the rice and vegetables.
