- 2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 50 gram dark chocolate, melted

Prep TIME: 5mins
Cooking TIME: 4 hours
Method:
In a small bowl combine the greek yoghurt, protein and maple syrup (if using). Pour into 6 moulds then freeze for 4hours. Run the moulds under hot water for 5-10 seconds so the popsicles come out easily, then drizzle with dark chocolate. Eat as is, or return to the freezer in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
