Prep TIME: 10mins
Cooking TIME: 30mins
Method:
Preheat fan forced oven to 200C. Cut the Potatoes into wedges. Rinse the potatoes and pat dry, leave the chips slightly moist. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the chips over the tray. Spray with Olive oil spray. Sprinkle with Rosemary and sea salt. Bake in the oven for 20-30mins until chips are crunchy and golden.
