It has made us think that gluten is unhealthy, superfoods are better – while all just making us reach further into our pockets for a magic pill – that doesn’t exist!

- Diet culture is everywhere so instead of avoiding it all together it is time we teach kids how to recognise it and also reduce its influence.
- Switch up your language at home – remove the use of good and bad food
- Remove restrictions -All foods have a place in yours and your kids diet
Keep in mind this won’t happen overnight – if it has restricted in the past they won’t understand that it won’t always be there.
