Green Hulk Falafels

Ingredients

  • 400 g cans chickpeas
  • 1 small brown onion chopped finely
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal SR flour

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, except flour and sesame seeds and sesame seeds, to a food processor then process until all combined, and smooth.
  • Add in the sesame seeds and flour and blend for 30s until combined.
  • Then form 1-2Tbsp Mixture into round discs. Heat a oil in a nonstick fry pan on medium heat.
  • Then fry each falafel for 3mins on each side until golden!
