greek yoghurt

cocoa powder

tbsp
chia seeds

frozen cherries

cup
milk of choice

tbsp
nut butter

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
coconut flakes
Garnish (optional)

Instructions
Mix chia seeds through the yoghurt and sit for a few minutes until they begin to soften and expand
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined (should not be any lumps)
Pour into ice block moulds and set aside in the freezer for 4 hours
Enjoy!
Notes
Use tahini instead of nut butter if nut free
