Cherry Ripe Iceblocks

Ingredients

  • ½ cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

Garnish (optional)

  • Coconut flakes
  • 50 g Melted Chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds through the yoghurt and sit for a few minutes until they begin to soften and expand
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined (should not be any lumps)
  • Pour into ice block moulds and set aside in the freezer for 4 hours
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Use tahini instead of nut butter if nut free
