It’s our mission to
Grow healthy kids with a good relationship with all foods – because life’s too short to cut out cake. Here at Good Little Eaters we think eating your veggies is just as important as forming a healthy and sustainable relationship with all food. We use evidence based strategies to transform your child’s eating behaviour and create mealtimes a breeze. We also create clarity around the foods you need to include in your kids diet and how to create a balanced approach to food where everything has a place without your kids nagging you for ‘treats’.
We are passionate about building good little eaters that last a lifetime which is why we focus on your child’s eating behaviour and nurture their intuition around food to develop their relationship with food for the future.
Good Little Eaters is your go-to destination for kids’ nutrition, made fun, easy and simple (just like meal time should be!)

Our founder, Shelley
Shelley Judge aka The cool aunt of Kids Nutrition, is on a mission to debunk kids’ nutrition and diet culture by helping young families/parents support their children in developing good relationships with food. As an expert in kids nutrition, Shelley works closely with parents to help them understand how the food choices they make today will set their little ones up for success in years to come.
With a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition and 10 years working as children’s nutritionist, Shelley fuelled her purpose into Founding Good Little Eaters to change the way we see nutrition and the thoughts and behaviours surrounding food that impact children. As an ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, Shelley worked closely with schools to re-define and transform the food choices available and is committed to educating both schools and parents on food literacy and the choices available to children. Shelley uses her experience in children’s behaviour, psychology and nutrition to educate and guide families on helping their children enjoy all food and presenting well-rounded, healthy options for them to enjoy.
