Preheat oven to 180C and line a large baking tray
In a large bowl, add the yoghurt and the flour – make sure to strain out any runny liquid from the yoghurt and use the thickest part
Using a spatula, start combining the flour and yoghurt together to form a crumbly dough and then use your hands to push the dough into a ball (the dough will be sticky)
Cover kneading surface with flour and begin to knead the dough until it is no longer sticky
Divide the dough into 6 balls
Roll each ball making a large hole in the centre without breaking the circle (like a donut)
Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle seasonings over the top
Place bagels onto baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool
