2 Ingredient Bagels

2 Ingredient 'Everything' Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yoghurt High Protein
  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C and line a large baking tray
  • In a large bowl, add the yoghurt and the flour – make sure to strain out any runny liquid from the yoghurt and use the thickest part
  • Using a spatula, start combining the flour and yoghurt together to form a crumbly dough and then use your hands to push the dough into a ball (the dough will be sticky)
  • Cover kneading surface with flour and begin to knead the dough until it is no longer sticky
  • Divide the dough into 6 balls
  • Roll each ball making a large hole in the centre without breaking the circle (like a donut)
  • Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle seasonings over the top
  • Place bagels onto baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool

1 egg whisked
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
Dried garlic
Dried onion
Salt
