How to top your bagels: three ways

Ingredients

Avocado Smash

  • 1 Avocado Mashed
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Pizza Bagels

  • 2 slices Ham
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple Diced

Strawberries and Cream

  • 6 small Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

Avocado Smash

  • Mash one whole avocado with a fork and spread onto bagels
  • Drizzle with tahini and sprinkle hemp seeds on top

Pizza Bagels

  • Spread pizza sauce on bagels
  • Add ham, pineapple and finally cheese on top of sauce
  • Transfer to oven on a baking tray for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted

Strawberries and Cream

  • Spread ricotta cheese over bagels
  • Add sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with honey and chia seeds
