Does natural really compete?

We hear natural products are better for us, we try said natural products and we are are totally and utterly let down. We have all been there, right? I love using products that are bad of food-grade ingredients, where you can actually read the ingredients label and are minimally processed. But I am sorry, I refuse to be stinking, have frizzy hair (well frizzier than it already is), and shiny skin at the end of the day. Call me shallow all you want but for me its personal preference. I care about my appearance, not for anyone else, not over the top, but I care because I love the way it makes ME feel!

So I have to say I was a little skeptical when I was sent No Pong Deodorant – you can’t risk smelling!!!

Disclaimer: I was sent this product for free, but I was in no way paid to do this post!

Ok back to the real talk…. Natural deodorant. Well, its name definitely set the expectations high – No Pong. And it lived up to every single one of them!! I wore it every day for a week and didn’t come home smelly once! In fact, the product claims to be 12-hour water resistant anti-deodorant and I totally back that. No, I am not a huge sweater – unless I attempt running (save us all haha). But like anyone after a long day, I can smell a little funky sometimes!

So it ticked the first box… no smell!

Ingredients: Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Corn Starch, Beeswax, and a proprietary blend of essential oils consisting of Orange Sweet, Vanilla, Lemongrass, Cedarwood Atlas, Bergamot, Lime, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang.

NOTE: you can get bicarb free as well!

The benefit of these ingredients. well, they protect you from smelling but at the same time they hydrate the sensitive underarm skin and allow your pores to breathe.

The third box ticked… its cheap. Retailing at only $5.95 – and the small compact balm lasts a very very long time!!

Go here if you want to try some out!!
